By accessing and using OmkarTools All in one, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our tools.

2. Description of Service

OmkarTools All in one provides free online tools for file conversion, image processing, calculations, text manipulation, code formatting, document generation, and other utilities. All tools run client-side in your browser.

3. Free Use

All tools on OmkarTools All in one are provided free of charge. There are no subscription fees, no premium tiers, no usage limits, and no hidden costs. You may use the tools for personal or commercial purposes without payment.

4. No Warranty

THE TOOLS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy of calculations or conversions. Always verify critical results independently.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL OmkarTools All in one BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE TOOLS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. Intellectual Property

The OmkarTools All in one platform, design, and code are proprietary. However, files you create using our tools (PDFs, images, documents, code output) are your property. You own all rights to the output generated by our tools.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the tools for illegal activities
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the platform
  • Upload malicious files or code
  • Automate excessive requests that could degrade service
  • Redistribute the tools as your own product

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policyto understand how we handle data. In summary: we don't collect personal data, and your files are processed locally in your browser.

9. Third-Party Libraries

OmkarTools All in one uses open-source libraries (pdf-lib, jsPDF, html2canvas, QRCode.js, PapaParse, etc.). These libraries are licensed under their respective open-source licenses (MIT, BSD, etc.). We are not responsible for the functionality or licensing of third-party libraries.

10. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any tool or feature at any time without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain backward compatibility for existing tools.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where OmkarTools All in one operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
