1. Introduction

Welcome to OmkarTools All in one. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how we handle your information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we process, how we process it, and your rights.

2. Data We Process

2.1 Local Processing (No Server Upload)

Most tools on OmkarTools All in one process data entirely in your browser (client-side). This includes:

  • Image compression, conversion, resizing, and cropping
  • PDF merging and conversion
  • All calculators (EMI, GST, percentage, BMI, etc.)
  • Unit converters (length, weight, temperature, etc.)
  • Text tools (word counter, case converter, sorter)
  • Developer tools (JSON formatter, Base64, URL encoder)
  • Generators (password, QR code, UUID, random numbers)
  • Resume builder and invoice generator

Your files never leave your device. They are processed locally using browser APIs and are not uploaded to our servers.

2.2 Local Storage

We use your browser's localStorage to store:

  • Theme preference (light/dark mode)
  • Recently used tools (last 10)
  • Favorite tools
  • Resume builder data (if you use it)

This data stays in your browser and is never sent to our servers.

2.3 Analytics (Future)

We do not currently use any analytics tracking. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in the future (such as Plausible or Umami), we will update this policy and provide an opt-out option.

3. What We Do NOT Collect

  • Personal information (name, email, address, etc.)
  • IP addresses (beyond standard server logs)
  • File contents or metadata
  • Usage patterns or behavior tracking
  • Cookies (except essential session cookies if needed)

4. Third-Party Services

OmkarTools All in one does not integrate with third-party services that collect personal data. All libraries (pdf-lib, jsPDF, QRCode, etc.) are bundled and run locally in your browser.

5. Your Rights

Since we don't collect personal data, there's no personal data to access, rectify, or delete. However, you can:

  • Clear localStorage data anytime via browser settings
  • Use browser private/incognito mode for complete session isolation
  • Disable JavaScript to prevent any client-side processing

6. Children's Privacy

OmkarTools All in one is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children. Since we don't collect any personal information, this is not a concern.

7. Security

All processing happens in your browser sandbox. We serve content over HTTPS. We do not execute arbitrary user-provided code. Developer tools treat input as data, not executable code.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
